Johnnie is semi-retired but will still be helping with the companies. He assists with estimating and running errands and filling in for the supervisors when work load requires. Johnnie started the first of the Glick brother/family companies in 1969 and has been in marine construction ever since.

Anna oversees the office and administrative duties of the company. She has been involved with J&S as the office secretary & admin assistant since 1998 and came back full time to take over the position of Office Manager in 2014. She was promoted to CEO when ownership of the company changed in 2018.

Johnie is the Boat Captain, lead welder, crane operator & is a USACE/COE certified diver. He also assists with estimating. He has been with the company since 1997 starting part time as a high school student moving to full time upon graduation. He became the Supervisor for J&S in 2014. He was promoted to Vice President when ownership of the company changed in 2018.

Julia is the Anchor of the company and the family! She has helped with the company since it started.

Eric is also the lead mechanic for the company and is involved with all phases of mechanical installations and maintenance as foreman and craftsman and is our head crane operator. He also assists with estimating. He has been working for the company since 2016. He was promoted to Vice President when ownership of the company changed in 2018.

Laura is a CPA for a firm in San Antonio and has been reviewing/assisting with the company finances. She has been in public accounting for over 18 years. She was promoted to CFO when the ownership of the company changed in 2018.
